I've been training for 6 months now. Mostly I'm on whey protein and pre workout. Im looking for supplements that could help me in gaining more muscle .
Creatine 5 grams a day..i would also recommend a non essential amino acid like glutamine whic slightly increase HGH levels and an amino acid that can help increase the volume of muscle cells and repair.. 10-15 grams a day.. pre and post work out shake
My weight is 81.
Height is 5"11
My waist is 34"
Don't know the body fat. Never checked it.
Daily protein meet- 50-60 GMs of protein
Carbs - no calculative measure.
Can I rely only on shakes. Because my work doesn't support me to eat choosy

No, absolutely not. The definition of a "supplement" is to support your main diet. Without a solid real food diet you won't get very far. The body was designed for real food. Shakes only place is PWO imo.
Like Bouncy stated protein is stapled diet for musclr growth, but you need them carbs for muscle glycogen.. take in at least 1-1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight..
I'm assuming you mean 81 kilos..
Then you need minimum 180 grams of protein IMO.. shoot for 200..
Ehhhh.. you get sick and tired of drinking all them shakes and it will get costly.. 2 shakes a day is fine.. lean proteins, veggies and carbs..
Use an app fitpal to track your macros...
5'11 81 kilos that's pretty small
Sure. Will download the fitness app and will post the macros.
Piratex- Haven't tried anything except Cellucor before the workout. And Phase 8 after the work out.
Give creatine hcl hydrochloride a try if you haven't started a creatine yet. Hear it starts to work much faster. Good luck!!
Disagree. Monohydrate has by a mile the most studies. It's tried, tested, and true. Monohydrate has literally thousands of scientific studies backing it up. Hcl has almost none and if they do they were funded by the support company selling it.
Monohrdrate pwo with whey and Gatorade. Perfect pwo shake.
