    hey guys i have been eating the same slin post-workout meal for sometime now. do u think i can eat say 3 - 4 apples with my tuna instead. tired of the whole wheats and oats. apples are low-glycemic.

    the reason why is. after drinking all that dextrose it forces alot of water into my gut. and it makes it hard for me to eat the same thing day after day. i need a quick change for a week. or ill drive myself NUTS (i've already started).

    is this ok ??

    i eat 1 grilled chicken breast and yams or brown rice and some veggie 45 minutes after my shake. i try to get in 2 small meals while the slin is active my second is normally yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and a glass of grape juice. also i take a gram or 2 of ginger before my shake and food it seems to help me digest my food a little better.

      I completely lose my normally very hardy apetite on slin, and it is very tempting to just do shakes instead of real food. Apples and chicken breasts have worked out ok for me as well but i have to force feed myself especially the protein.
