Those guys were all mass monsters though pushing high 200s to over 300lbs in off season and Mike would also consume 6 lbs of red meat a day. Nah bro. Most test I'll go these days is 500 a week, that's it. The 400mgs I plan on doing is twice a week. I'm gonna keep the GH just need to decide what else to throw into the mix. I may just keep test and GH.
Kinda wanna keep it simple and minimalized.
I'm all over the place. One day I wanna do this or that. I just wanna work on getting my labs back in order a bit.
I'm still lean and holding size, thankfully

I've done both. As of late, I'd rather do 2 shots a week or 3 if you're on prop 100mgs.
I can tell you that based off my last lab work, seems more frequent shots is where it's at for me.
I've never pinned more than 3xs a week.
