Long Esther test should be twice a week to keep the levels more stabled. Especially if you are running 400-500mgs a week

I can see that... but it being a long ester, after its built up in the system wouldn't it just be maintaining it at that point at once verses twice? or do you believe you will still get a peak and valley?

Test enan reaches peak plasma test levels in around 24-48hrs dose.. here is a chart on peak levels... that's why u should pin e3d or e4d

In the past you say you have done both....what if anything different do you notice? Benefits vs cons..if any either way..

The only benefit and this is how I noticed anything at all, was my sex drive doubled.

My strength and size remained the same, but sex drive was noticeable.

Also when I got labs done, I saw numbers much higher than when I was doing shots e7 or e10 days.

Having such low doses like you're doing as well and the advantage I see behind this for US. The changes will be easily noticeable IMO.

This also gives me room to play with dose levels, timing, etc...

Another good chart I found.. I guess you can pin 500 mgs every 7 days, but e3d or so you can control it better... but you also got to take in consideration the higher the dose the more frequent injections. I.E. 1 gram a week

Big difference in the charts. I'm doing E5D so I'm between 3.5 and 7 days chart. Been doing 200mg for almost 70 days now Sticking with that dose and timing.till 90 days. Then I'll decide what I'm gonna do after.

Yea your body gona want more test.. 500mgs seems ideal for you.. I'm starting 600mgs then 750mgs bump AI's and proviron... done a gram before and it wasn't pleasant, but then again i didn't run any support supps

Misread..u mean 200mgs E5D..thats almost 300mgs a week.

So this Tuesday I'll have another full panel done. I'll be sure to post the testosterone results from using only 300mgs of prop a week. I've been doing M.W.F shots. I'm curious to see the difference from my last labs.

Although my last testosterone labs I was doing 420mgs a week and had over 3000 in test count.

I will post labs once I get them.

I have one more pin to do and I preloaded it already. So vial is all empty.
