Jeeze, some guys dreams die hard. That's him, like Bouncer said it is post sugery, no workouts for 3 months +, hell no lifting anything heavier than a can of soup over your head after shoulder work like that. I have seen pics of him in his thirties off cycle where he looks tiny, the guys is human, period, give him a break.

okay that is a doctored pic ...for one ...2nd muscle never turns to fat it just shrinks because of a lack of exersize and glycogen....
