    What you do for obliques... from what I seen in some videos they say not to crunch, but to twist cause crunching will make your waist bigger... that's what I have seen tho

                              83 kilos.. weight is coming up as I'm mainting at 2500-3k calories a day...
                              Pinned testprop/mastprop pre workout

                              Traning legs and and

                              Leg extensions 5 x 12
                              Front squats 7x5
                              Dumbbell squat 3x10
                              Leg press 5x10
                              Standind Calve raises 5x12

                              Abs.. a bunch of shit...

                              Think in 2 weeks if I keep going the way I'm going and mast start kicking in I should have a leaner hard look

                                Problem bro is your talking about weight "coming up" but your also talking about wanting your abs to come in. In my experience it's either or. You don't do both at the same time. Not unless your on a ton of drugs including GH etc...

                                Your eating the same amount of calories as me per day and I outway you by what almost 50lbs? If you want them abs shredded your gonna have to cut the cals bro. No way around it IMO.
