  • D-bol question

    I am going to take a phyiscal fitness test this weekend. If I take d-bol for 4 or 5 days before and during the test will this help increase my output? I will be doing push-ups, sit-ups, and running.

      military? i would not use dbol, the extra water will ruin your run time, and the pumps you get might make push up more difficult as well.

            I have found any type of pump reduces my endurance. so test, fina, dbol and such all ruin my endurance. winny is the only thing that I have take that noticeably helped. though I still wonder how old you are that you are taking a fitness test. either you are in high school or it will be a police test, those are my guesses.

                Don't worry about taking gear. . .just a waste of your money.
                If anything you can take some ephedrine to give you more drive. I would not do anything other than that though. . .

                      No, the dbol will not help in these endurance type tests..

                      Some of my worse PFT score in the Marine Corps occured while I was "on". I attribute this to the fact that I retained a lot more water than normal, and my body wasnt sure how to handle the extra water in such a demanding environment.

                        yea any aspirations of becoming a body builder pretty much get put on hold when your in the Marines. MRE's + sleep deprivation + running anywhere from 3 to 6 miles at 4:30 in the morning + being in the field for 30 days at a time, isnt the ideal conditions for a body builder. you will be strong as hell but probably wont look it. However my traps did get pretty huge from humping those hills at Pendleton, to this day ive got pretty impressive traps which i credit to the Corps.
