If you do at 5.30am and 5.30pm, at 8.20am it's 15 hours after the previous injection and 3 hours after the current one - one too early, the other too late.

Hours should have nothing to do with igf. If you've been on jins for a month @ 6iu your igf should be through the roof regardless of a few hours.
