Bro this site has more info then you can read in a year. Thats the key word bro, READ. You need to study the subject. Do you see the search button at the top of the page? Type in something you want to learn about like "testosterone" "Growth Hormone" what ever your interested in. Get educated about the subject and you will be glad you did.
