Yesterday I went and bought a glucose monitor...
This morning I woke up at 530am chk my glucose and it was at 94... 540 Injected my 2.5iu. GH..chk my blood again 20 mins later and it was 82...waited another 30 mins and same readings
So what gives? I thought GH increases the blood glucose and makes you insulin resistant or sensitive?.. I get confused with the two.. anyways I know Exo HGH will go through the body and to the liver producing IGF1.. now igf lowers blood sugar which I'm assuming why I had the drop, so what's the reason waiting 30mins to an hour if GH is not necessarily spiking glucose?
