    It's like food, if you only need 3500calories a day to make gains and instead you eat 5K calories all that's gonna happen is ur gonna get fat (side effects) you're body doesn't need that much to grow, but you can build up to it over time.

      obviously to get up to 240-250lbs lean from my current 225lbs i would need more drugs than my current dose of 700mgs test and 5iu gh. but at least i'll know i took my current dose to it's max potential for my genetics. thats something I dont think many really do anymore. they dont give it enough time after that initial growth phase when you first go on a cycle people stop seeing gains and assume they have maxed out that dose. thats wrong. give it time, keep training and eating properly and you will still slowly see results. after you've done this 6 months to a year.. only then can you say you've maxed out a dose.

      plus i can still look forward to what will happen when i do up my doses. i been on gear for a long time and i have never yet ran 800mgs of test per week or higher. those guys that have gone up and up in dose are eventually going to run out of room to up their dose anymore. thats when things start going downhill like a pro towards the end of their career. they try to keep improving by upping the doses but all they do is spin thier wheels. look at guys like craig titus and king kamali when they turned pro. they looked amazing. by the end they were big bloated sacks of shapeless shit. and that was only over the course of 7-8 years. they went from amazing to shit because they couldn't get their body to respond anymore without going to insane dosages which ruined their bodies.

      in this game you gotta be the turtle rather than the rabbit. sounds corny but its true. ask Dallas Mcarver. As great as his genetics are he tried playing the role of the rabbit and rushed the size game. he became the punchline of a joke because of it..

          One thing I forgot to ask you.
          Are you running your GH split or all at once... I fine it better split dosage and I feel less sleepy....

          I don't know about King Kamali and Craig Titus being sacks of shit at the end, but look at Dorian.. I'm sure he ran some pretty high shit and not to mention the insulin and he is looking pretty good compare to palumbo...

            i run it all at once in the afternoon 2 hours after a meal and 1 hour before my next meal.

            i've always split it in the past but im experimenting with the idea of 5iu all at once will create a higher spike in gh levels thus providing a benefit over split dose that have a lower but longer peak. just an experiment to see if i notice any difference.

              I guess we're all different. I consider 750mg a lot. I haven't gone over 350mg in 10 years. lol I like low doses and keeping it simple. My stats are similar to yours and I really wonder if me bumping up my test 400mg a week would really befit me or just give me more sides.

                There is a reason pros run megadoses. Yes you would grow. But you'd also have to increase anti estro, anti progesterone etc..

                  Do you stack? I solely just rely on Test only cycles, I don't need anymore than 750mg. Was going to do 1ml EOD and felt it was a waste. But Test is all I take. Maybe sometimes with a light oral like var or Tbol but that's it.

                      Plus I love the way I feel on testosterone. Feel big, strong, libido's sky high, mood is great. And there's need for extra ancillaries. Start throwing in deca/npp, now you have to worry about prolactin sides. Tren, i become a totally different person. Boldenone, can't sleep and more easily stressed. Dbol/Anadrol too toxic can't eat on it. Winstrol, horrible joints...All I'm really left with is Good ol testosterone and some var/Tbol.

                      I don't compete so there's no need for me to put my body through all that. Just a regular gym rat who likes to lift, eat, fuck, and feel good while doing it all.

                        agree there. test is best. can bulk with it cut with it, makes you feel great, healthy at decent doses etc..

                        test and gh. thats all im using for the summer.

                          No stack just test only at 350mg per week. I just bumped up to 350 this year too. Before that was only 300mg.

                              You should do a log on 4-500mg test and track your progress and see how you respond, that'll be cool since you haven't done it in 10years. Depending on ur goal

                                If I wouldn't have started running HGH I probably would bump my test up but I'm still making gains now running test @ 350 and HGH at 3.33iu. And my overall health is my main concern. That and looking good! :D
