As you know, I had rotater cuff surgery about 10 months ago and while I have probably 95% of my mobility back, I am still in pain for days or weeks if I work out with it even very lightly. When I went to the gym 3 days ago, I just did a little rowing to warm up and then benched the bar 20 times and then added 20 lbs. I was really going easy. I did two sets with fucking 65 lbs and my shoulder was killing me. After 3 days, it is still painful. I am pretty discouraged.
What do you guys think about running just some GH at 2 or 3 ius ed for a few months? Do you think that might get it where I can at least go threw the motions with really light weights? I am going for the joint and tendon healing properties here. I figure the worst that could happen is throwing my money away.
