Got enough for about a 7 week run.
Test c 300mg E5D
Anavar 50mg daily / split
Arimidex 03ml EOD
Currently 53 will be 54 before this run is over 6'4 setting at about 215 lbs
Will be consuming about 2200 to 2500 Cal's a day during this run.
Menu will consist of the following with an ocassional change of throwing in a salad couple times a week.
Wake up
Coffee
Protine shake with water
Morning
Oatmeal cranberries
Mid morning
Bannana
Midday
Lean turkey burger/tuna/ chicken breast rice/ sweet potato
Late meal
Same as above
Evening
Non-fat yogurt protine powder strawberries mixed in cup of high protein low fat cereal
I'm interested in running the var for two reasons.
1.. looking to see if I can notice any of the healing properties it's supposed to help with as well as some strength gains.
2.. Try and get some more definition lean out without getting that bloat/ swole I'm full of water look.:agreed:
