Back n shoulders are Finally showing some, improvement up at 217 lbs loving the var...except for the cramping in the calves. Couldn't get down stairs in gym after working legs today...lol https://flic.kr/p/WaD1CX
And to think how many years you fucken refused to run gear. Don't you wish you started 5 years ago?
I stayed in the fight as long as I could bro....:agreed:... I always had the desire...But was unsure. Now I've changed the league m playing in,..Whole new team. Keep on keeping on.
I'm glad I waited because now...I get a whole new start in life again. Most who started young will be burnt out at my age... My career in the Army had me always worried I'd get busted and it just wasn't worth the risk at the time. I also hope I'm mature enough now to be smarter about what I'm doing. I know just by the results I've had in the last few months...As a younger me....I would of been out of control...I'd be a 300 lb monster...:rofl::rofl:

You got some dirt on your back!!... doing a fucking log
Update: 4 weeks into it just over the half way mark thru the run. Still sitting at about 217. Not much change from last week, still feel great, strength is still up. I hope I can keep some of these strength gains when this run is over, the workouts are intense. The pumps on this are insane for me. I have nothing to compare it to, but Test, and its way more intense then that. Arms, legs back ,shoulders are full on pump all day and night it seems almost to the point where it aches a bit. But it feels good..if that makes any sense. Again, the cramps are killer at times, mostly in the calf's, sometimes in my hands. I'm also having some issues with sleeping, for the last week or so I keep waking over and over again throughout the night.

Makes total sense, sounds like real progress sleep issues, aches and all. People say var is mild but I c it strong, true 2 it's anabolic rating, keeping that pump and streching the muscle facia making room for more glycogen storage in cells equals expansion imo. Sleep as much as u can. Later Rip.
Update: I have about 25 days left of running the var.I know what it's doing...What it's done and feels like. I got that GW 501516.everything I read is faster recovery increased cardio and more stamina. I'm gonna start running it sat.I am hoping if it does indeed allow me to work harder/ recover faster then maybe I can get more out of the remaining cycle of the Var. So..Again...I'll start it sat that will give it two days before hitting the gym again on Monday. I'm gonna run it at 10 mg per day about 45 min prior to gym....Or at wake up on off days...That will be a 30 day run..

Why not wait till var is over to start so then you have something to replace it with.

I don't expect this to do anything like the var will bro, maybe I'm wrong here. But This from my understanding is an endurance/ stamina/ cardio thing. So I know from running the var over the last month, my strength has increased and allowed me..more reps..sets. with slightly higher weight. I've gotten a couple pounds of good lean gains. So I'm hoping with this included..I can even up that. So More work/more gains hopefully while still having the var and test as a base. And the added cardio/ endurance with it to maybe loose a bit more BF on the lower abs..that seems to be my sticking point.:fight:
