    Update: if you think you can't put some lean weight on with Var. Wrong. Weigh in this am. After taking a dump and prior to feed. 219 in shorts. So waist is a bit tighter and up at least 4 lbs of good lean muscle.

    Cramps in calves continue the all day pump is still crazy...kinda like an ache..but it feels good. Sleep is being affected for sure. Up every hour thru the night now. Can't stay asleep thru the night. That's really the worst side.

      Take all your var first thing in morning with coffee. Don't split the dose. Caffeine is supposed to increase var blood levels. But more importantly if you take it all in morning, by the time you go to bed it should be out of your system.

      Having said that, I started var about 5 days ago from a different source then you and last night I had shit for sleep. Lol

        That's an Idea Ill have to think about that...but I seem to be having good results from it now. I don't wanna screw that up. I got about 2.5 weeks to go till I'm out.

        Anyone else have a thought on that idea?

            var has a 8 hour half life. so if you take 50mg in the morning 8 hours later you will still have 25mgs in your system. by taking it all in the morning you get a much higher peak compared to taking smaller doses through out the day. dbol only has a 3-4 hour half life so yea, you'd want to split that up.

              Wonder what would be up with the cramps in the calves doubling up the dose though...Id be all fucked up and walking like I'm 80 and shit:rofl::rofl:

                  A week into it bro, Its tolerable, Its mostly in the morning when I first get up. occasionally thru the day. But when I work legs then do my cardio like yesterday afternoon.... leg press, calf press, some new glute machine gym just got, leg extensions, then 20 min on elliptical and then ran 1 mile.. My fucking calves feel like they are gonna lock up every step...:rofl: Tight ass guitar string if ya get me.. I can't even make it down stairs in the gym from the track to the exit. I have to stop half way down the stairs:rofl::rofl:

                      dude, its some new machine they got in the gym, we are the only gym in the Army world wide to get it. Guiney pigs I guess.. Its a pressing machine you stand in and press backwards with one leg at a time.. you can also work shoulders if you use arms, but I just balance myself dont push with arms.. its different.. never seen anything like it before.

                      I mix up my routine as I do a bit of legs every day. that was what I did yesterday.

                        Finished up the Var today. I will say I liked it. Strength increase was great and improved a good deal. I hope I don't loose too much of it coming off. I gained a solid 5 lbs of lean muscle mass as I'm setting at 6'4" 220 lbs now for the last couple weeks. This is the weight I wanted to get to when I started on Gear back in march with the low dose test. Between the two Id have to say the Var allowed me to finish up right where I wanted to be. I have leaned out a bit as waist is just over 33 inches now from 34 when I started. and I'm seeing more vascularity. Its noticeable in shoulders and upper chest, arms. I still need to lean out a bit more though.

                        the only issues I seen with the Var was sleepless ness and the damn cramps...LOL at times it was pretty rough but bearable. I'm going to continue just with a low dose of test and run thru the winter. and see what s going on come spring time. I do see me running Var again at some point in the future. Up dated pic...
