Tell me how to cycle this

First of all I would like to say hello to everyone. How are you doing? This is all the gear I have as of right now. Test cypionate 2 10ml vials, 200 dbol, 10000 iu hcg, 30 nolvadex. I am natural. 24 years old. I have a 9 year training history. 5'9 215lbs. That should just about cover my stats. Now that you know what I have, design my cycle. Thanks guys.

Well you can run 500 mg of test per week for 10 weeks...

200 dbol really isnt enough for much but you can run 25 mg ed for 5.5 weeks or so bro

and use the nolv and hcg post cycle.

So when the cycle is done I should inject the hcg at what 2500 iu's every 4 th day, or would it be bettter to run it at 500 iu's every other day for 2 weeks. Then the nolva, how should I take it? 1 tab a day for 4 weeks. Now should this be done after the 2 weeks of the hcg, or right when I start the hcg. This is been the only confusion I have had befor starting my cycle. Its the pct, which in my opinion is the most important part of the cycle. Can you help me get this together. Thanks

2500 iu every 3-4 days is ok bro...and i would take 40 mg ED of nolv.
