First time I did bicep Injection on a Friday evening 1ml masteron prop bilateral... and gooddamn my arms are still sore as fuck.. I thought I would get a swollen look like when so do triceps but didn't... bummer;((((

Where exactly did you do it bro? What part of the head? I've done that myslef until I figured out the right area

The brachii is a two headed muscle.. hence why it's called a Bicep, what you just described was the tricep.. it's even on the diagram you postes

The diagram is both biceps and triceps... I did the inner side of the short head instead of the top of the head, but it was the short head of the bicep... I try directly on top next time.. she it's not sore
