I decided to say fuck it to trying to add more size to my frame since it's been difficult for me to get enough food in me to grow, I've also just been getting softer and that's just not the look I want anymore so I dropped my calories and dosages. My goal is to get leaner and look better. Drop a good amount of body fat and go by the mirror. But I'd like to get down to around 200-205. I'm about 220ish at the moment, slightly above it.
Here is my cycle;
-Testosterone Enanthate 600mg
Gonna run it with Aromasin and I'll throw in some Turinabol soon at 50mg everyday for about 6 weeks.
As far as my caloric intake I'll be taking in about 2500-2750kcals
40% Carbs/15% Fats/ 45% Protein
Here is how I'm currently looking;
As far as weight training goes I'm going to lift heavy in low rep ranges to preserve my strength and muscle mass, and do HIIT cardio post workouts. I'm going to track everything I do, Food and training regime and I'll be posting progress pics maybe every week or bi weekly depending on how fast results are coming in.
