  • brought my LDL down 18 points in 1 month

Damn, this shit works better then I thought it would. My cholesterol has been ramping up for the past 10 years or so. I used to run about 165 when I was in my 20's. A few years ago when I had it tested for life insurance, it was 185. Then, I had some blood work done in July to set a baseline for my planned GH/deca/test/eq/anavar cycle and my total cholesterol was 199 with my LDL at 147. I got some fish oil, garlic oil, coQ10, red yeast extract and resveratrol and took them every day for 30 days and re-tested. My total is 185 and my LDL is 129.

I am still waiting for my IGF1 results after taking 2 ius ansemone ed for the 30 days. My baseline was low though, 105. I am hoping that should be up in the 300's now. I'l probably find out after labor day.

I've always used fish oil. Not just for cholesterol but it has the same type of "blood thinning" effect as aspirin which I think is especially important in people using AAS. Everyone swore my RBC count was going to be crazy high when I got blood work done but it was within normal range.

Even then. They obviously did all blood work in hospital. Everything came back in normal range aside from slightly elevated liver enzymes from dbol.

Passing out was due to dehydration, extreme heat, and probably overtraining due to AAS. RBC was within range.

That's what I'm getting at if your RBC came back normal a year ago they could be elevated now...

You are taking higher doses now than before right?...

My RBC is 1 point higher than normal range, even tho it's not alarming I don't want it to get any higher and I don't want to donate blood

Yea could be higher than a year ago, can't argue that. Though I was running dbol at the time which is pretty good at raising RBC I thought.

Yeah, I don't feel comfortable donating blood for hurricane relief. I've got AAS and GH and a few other things floating around that could possibly harm someone, especially a female were she to get a blood donation from me. Kind of sucks since I really want to donate.

My IGF1 results came back. Baseline of 105 and after 30 days of 2 ius ed ansomone (HGH LABZ), it came back as 274. Is that good? I want it around 300 to 350 so I am upping the dose to 3 ius ed.

Definitely a much bigger igf response than Rado got from the GH he used from hghlabz.

What were your daily doses of garlic and coQ10?

Odorless Garlic oil: 1000 mg ed

                          COQ10: 300 mg ed

I have some 5000 mg garlic oil soft gels but I have garlic burps for hours if I use those.
