Why not inject proviron?

Here's a thought: Proviron is not a 17-AAS so it's oral bioavailability is probably low, around 20%. I was talking to a friend of mine and he mentioned a neat idea. What if one were to make a proviron ester for injection? If the oral bioavailability of 20% is accurate, that means only 10mg of a 50 mg dose is actually making it through. The rest is destroyed by the liver. If one were to make mesterolone cypionate, for instance, one would only have to inject about 80 or 90 mg ew to get a similar response. Think about it.....

That's the problem...we can only think about it. A master chemist, however, could DO something about it. ;)

you could inject proviron...but it would hurt just as much a water based test suspension. proviron (mesterlone, sp??) powder is not very soluble, I have tried it. If you are looking for similar effects , although not identical stick with 50mg of Masteron/day IM.

there is probably a reason schering never came out with an injectable because it doesn't want to stay suspended...

As an ester, cypionate for example, the solubility would be similar to test cyp so having it stay in solution would not be expected to be a problem.

I am not proposing to inject proviron itself. I am proposing making an esterified proviron like maybe mesterolone cyp.

Spidey, this friend of yours already tried it before like this:
20 tabs of proviron were added to a mixture of chloroform/brine, and was vigorously stirred for some hours. The chloroform fraction was taken out, dried, and DMAP, cypionyl chloride, pyridine were added. After stirring at RT for 4 hours the resulting mesterolone cypionate fraction was washed, evaporated, crystallized, and was added to oil, BA and microfiltered and autoclaved to yield an injectable of 200 mg/ml. However, only one lab rat was available, and he was already experiencing effects from using drostanolone.

You should try the proviron cyp alone at masterone like doses. I bet the effects would be similar but perhaps with a little less androgenic character. Tell us how the lab rat does on 400mg ew, LOL.
