lately (the last couple years) i keep seeing more and more people incorporating adex into their cycles. I assume to minimize sides such as h2o/fat retention. my question is how much does your strength gains suffer when you take out the h2o retention of a bulking/strength cycle?
i mean part of the reason your strength shoots up when on a heavy adrogen cycle is because your muscles are holding more water right? so if your diet is clean enough to fight off the fat retention aspect why would you want to use adex durring a cycle? the water retention isnt permanent and will mostly subside once the heavy androgens are discontinued right?
im not questioning anyones logic or reasoning for useing adex durring a cycle but mostly trying to determine if its right for me to incorporate into my next cycle.
