I had a serious squatting injury late september. I completely tore my quadricep tendon and when that went the weight shifted and tore my pec possibly totally but at least partial. I have a doctors appt tomorrow. I had surgery on my knee in early october and maybe my pec next week. I have been bedridden for 3 months. I am getting fat and out of shape quik. I have tried modifiy my diet to suit but muscle is withering away fast and the fat is coming. It will be atleast 1month before I have enough ROM in my knee to ride a bike. I have 3 JINI kits do you think using 2iu 5on 2off would help with the fat and speed recovery? I am also on HRT since June so I think that is helping also.
