Blasting and cruising

I blasted 12 weeks on 1000 mg/week(total, 3 diff compounds), then i went on TRT for 4 weeks(250 test e/week).am currently blasting 1200 mg/week total and after i wanna cruise...how much should it be my cruising dosage?

trt 4 week was pointless just so you know. just put your hormones into a roller coaster.

250 max maybe but anything above that is cycling in my opinion especially 500

For regular guys a cc of test a week is good.
