he could have got that charge simply by getting raws seized in customs. they probably started watching him from that point on. when you order raws it implies you intend to manufacture. that is a far more serious charge then ordering a few bottles of test. especially if the amount of raws ordered far exceeds what anyone would need for personal use.

this is why I personally would never order raws knowing it has to go through customs. i also would never place an order for hundreds of bottles of pre-made gear. if shit gets seized they are far more likely to follow up on something like that. couple bottles of this and that... they don't give a shit 99.99% of the time.
