Questions about mixing raw isotretinoin with oil for encapsulation...

Question - what's the most efficient/relatively simple way of encapsulating raw isotretinoin (accutane) with oil for oral ingestion? I haven't been able to find much on the web about this at all, other than that it's insoluble in water and has a melting point of 175c, information which I don't know what to do with. I'm looking to make 250 pills @ 40mg each.
