I just don’t get the whole need for a coach for guys who have been lifting for years. Shouldn’t you know your body through years of trial and error? Everyone responds in different ways to food, drugs, weightlifting. How is some “guru” going to know more about your body and how it reacts than you do? I guess I’m just too old and arrogant to think anyone could bring me in better condition than I can. My pride wouldn’t allow me to listen to another person blindly. It sounds weak to me. Plus, no way I’d spend money on a coach. I’m cheap AF! Hahahaha ��
