Can someone give me some insight as to what is the best HGH. They all have the same description and I assume the most expensive isnt necessarily the best. Also, what is another product that I can take to burn fat. I have a hernia and am limited on cardio until after surgery.

Depends if you want pharma grade or UG.
Best thing for fat removal is strict diet. I know that's a boring answer but it's true.

out of what the carry this is what i would go with if money is no issue. 36iu wont last long though so you need to realize its very expensive and needs to be run minimum of 6 months.
