For beginners, that's not a good cycle. I'd recommend 300mg test-E every 5 days for 10-12 weeks with adex .5mg every other day. That's it. With all that shit if something goes wrong you won't know what's causing it.

You don't plan on running the winny and dbol together do you? They do opposite things bro, not meant to be run together.

I personally would just run sust and deca and leave out the orals. I'd run for 16 weeks minimum. 8 weeks is too short IMO.

Lol no that's not correct. You don't take dbol on a Monday and winny on a Wednesday.

You typically run oral drugs 4-6 weeks. So for dbol something like 25-50mgs everyday for 4-6 weeks. Then winny would be run the same way but during completely different cycle. you don't mix the 2 drugs by alternating days bro. you really should do a lot more research before taking anything.

Dbol and winny work for opposite goals. It's stupid to use both drugs from both a results perspective and also a side effect perspective. Terrible idea.

You know there labs that make winny/dbol combined or winstrol/anavar/anadrol combine.
I wouldn't do it, but people have run this results and side effects that come with it.

He can run dbol 4 weeks with test. Then winny @ the end of the cycle, but without knowing his fucking stats. We shooting darts in the air.

i think those labs are catering to noobs. i don't see any value at all in combining winny and dbol. winny is a dry drug, dbol is a wet drug. they fight each other, they don't compliment each other. an extreme example would be to take an adrenaline shot while also talking valium at the same time. lol

Test E or C 500mgs per week for 12 weeks. Pin 2x pw for maintaining blood levels. Every 3.5 days. You can go longer than 12 weeks with the cycle.Being a beginner, if diet and training are in check, this should be a great cycle. Keep an AI on hand. I probably would use a very, very low dose at 500mgs or maybe not even at all. AIs are misused a lot. High estro is better than no estro.
Also, just a heads up...
Do some research on 19-nors before diving in. They are their own animal (and amazing lol)
