Ever had any probs with tricep shots bro?

one went fine the other one has a golf ball size lump an hour after the shot.

the thought of bicep or tricep shots make me cringe. not sure why. delts, quads, glutes no problem but triceps.. damn.

You sure you went deep enough and held the needle still? Just put some heat on that knot if you want but its probably just a freak thing and will go down in a couple days.

I was using a 1 inch pin. I usually leave afew mm sticking out just in case in breaks.
