Cons are you can get lightheaded, pass out, feel like shit, etc.

Pros are you can get lightheaded.

They usually have a sperm donation nurse in there too. Your haematocrit levels will reduce even more if you blow a big load right before you give blood. They will also give you about $100 for your sperm.

Just go in their and tell them you want to donate sperm with the nurse before you give blood.

yea lots of people do. helps with "thinning the blood" for a certain time period.

So i donated today.....my hemoglobin was 180 and they were all over it! I feel great.... maybe its just a mental thing?

I actually feel like i have more energy.
