Does it have to do with the osmotic pressure of the suspension or with the fact that it's a suspension and not a solution? Does it have to do with testosterone itself? It shouldn't because test esters don't hurt so much.
It must be the delivery method IMO. If we could dissolve test. base properly so that it won't form crystals or whatever when it stays in the muscle then it should be ok shouldn't it?
