Made some good points, I guess.

It's not anything anyone wouldn't know if they kept themselves checked up with labs.

You get yourself educated, it actually gets intriguing. I don't agree with taking any type of shot, then getting labs the next day or so.

When I've done mine, it is always a good 48hrs. This to me is better than going into the labs, knowing they'll be spiked, instead more of an average

Something to consider is not to train or wait 24hrs afterwards to get bloods.

Absolutely you should not train before giving bloods. This can affect your liver enzymes.
