I know a guy looks at leastn10-20 years younger than his age started GH around 40s still bodybuilding swears it’s the GH think he’s in his 60s
My answer would be when your ready to stop Aas or slow it down give the bossy a break around 40s

I’m sure I sound like a broken record but I love GH. It allows me to run a minimal dose of test and still able to make gains in the gym. I’m much fuller and recover so much quicker. I run a minimal does too. I can’t imagine the gains I would make if I ran it at a bodybuilding dose.

a "bodybuilding" dose would do nothing but fuck you up. don't be one of these fags that say "imagine what i would be on such and such a dose".
seriously though. shit would do nothing but distort your body and make you more and more insulin resistant.
get this shit. dave palumbo is like 5'8 but he has a size 15 shoe size. that's what "bodybuilding dose" does to you. turns you into fucken bozo the clown.

It’s not how many iu’s you run it’s what your IGF-1 levels are at. No way to know if 4iu is safe dose or not unless you get blood work done. My current batch there is no way I can run 4iu as my numbers were over 700. I tried to keep my levels under 400.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostYea then you gotta use slin to actually keep you from going diabetic. Weird paradox.
