Keep it simple. If the gh is high quality it will raise your igf levels regardless of time of day you take shot. The higher igf levels is what gives you the physical results. Don't fuck with thyroid.

      Lol

I kind of feel duplicitous about this, we generally agree on here that replaced hormones are best used wen natural ones are in decline...

However, I don’t like the feeling of taking thyroid

I had a little play with clen recently, topped out st 40mcg Ed, it was rough, couldn’t take it, but in 2 eeeks it literally tore fat off me.

Let’s see what gh does in 3 months

Rockets trt dr. likes to keep him at 350.

Run your dose for 2+ weeks then test. It’s a simple test and no fasting is required.

I don’t know how you deal with the racing heart rate from clen.

I just started test and eq and HR has gone from about 70 to 95. Getting anxiety. Already thinking about throwing the stuff in the bin and just staying on Gh.

You don't "buy the test" you go get blood work and request igf test.

I still have one kit left before I start my new batch. Currently I’m running 3.33iu but I’ll drop to 2.5iu when I start my new kits.

For me it cost about $60 to get blood work done. Definitely worth it to know how to dose your GH. And to know you didn’t get ripped off. I usually buy a years worth which is the same batch. Then you only need to test once that year.

I was talking to a guy today and he says the simple way to test if you have insulin issues is to test your blood sugar first thing in the morning before food. Should be between 5.5 and 6 something

Thats what I do. I think when it gets below around 4 is hypo. I have a high carb meal and it will shoot up to around 13-14 sometimes.

So if the igf response is over 400, you run the risk of the body’s own insulin not working as it should, to bring blood sugars down? So you’d be over 6.5

Something like that. I just run insulin with it so i don't risk it.
