I would say that the answer is yes to both. 1. If you just had major surgery, it will take a while for your body to heal and get back to a normal status. 2. If your eating correctly with the gear you are taking and working out hard you are going to be putting on some lean muscle. So just trust the process and keep moving forward.

Once you develop new muscle cells they do not go away from inactivity, they just shrink. The cell nuclei stays intact and ready to grow with new stimulation and nutrients, this is often referred to as muscle memory. You should expect to get back up to your pre-surgery strength fast.Originally posted by croy71 View PostOk everyone I was out the gym for 12 weeks due to a surgery put on a lil fat not a whole lot but anyway was back in the gym feb 1, started cycle March 1 300 test 150 Deca e3d, feb 1 weight was 210 March 1 weight was 208 now weight is 225 diet in 100% on time and actually started cardio when started cycle 20 min fasted cardio in Am and 20 min after work out, lost one notch on belt.
