it takes 1.5 hours to kick in please be careful I took too much 12 hours ago...... and I'm not a happy camper


10 squirts = 1ml

2-3 squirts is a good place to start and stop.... it's strong......It's dosed like it says

it might be the pump is very accurate

as said, be careful with the dosing. clen takes a little while to kick in. So just because your not shaking in 30 minutes, do not take more. It will work, trust me.
