ala for liver support

was thinking about running ala for liver support on a var only cycle. what is the min. dose i should be running this at ive heard either 200 or 400 mg

I would say 400mg daily...

If you are on a budget, you might also consider NAC. It may be better than ALA or milk thistle regarding liver protection, and it is reasonably priced.

N-Aceytl-Cysteine is good for liver protection, but it is not its main function.. Milk Thistle standardized for silymarin is your best bet, along with ALA/R-Isomer..
