Dear all, did anyone have successfully made hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin with some apolar molecule like steroids or letrozole? I just cannot succeed. I try to make them by a mixture of water-acetone (1:1) and after stirring for a long time slowly evaporate the acetone. However, material is precipitating fast. What is the secret?
