  • Time to Set up my "Cycle Training Split"

Alright boys, everything is lined up for the breaking of my "virginity";) I have decided on:
    500mgx10wksTest
    20-25mgx5wksDbol
PCT (Clomid; Got Nolva in case!)

My split for the last 6wks has been
    D1-Chest
    D2-Back
    D3-OFF
D4-Bis/Tris (1st time combining these, LOVED IT)
    D5-Quads/Hams
    D6-Delts/Traps/Calves
    D7-OFF

Proposed Cycle Split! (Looking for Criticism & Suggestions)
    D1-Back/Tris/Forearms
    D2-OFF
    D3-Chest/Bis
    D4-OFF
D5-Quads/Hams/Calves (Legs r my S-Pt.)(Forearms get it, as I love Standing DB calf-raises! STLDL)
    D6-Delts/Traps
    D7-OFF

I am looking for size and then maybe some more size, LOL.
    Any suggestions I would love!!

Please dont move this; Noone posts in the other forums!!!
Plus its for my cycle, see Anabolic Section!!!

i like to use a split like the following as i find that the workouts are shorter so you can keep the intensity very high. It also allows you to pay more attention to any particular muscle.

    Day 1: Chest
    Day 2: Quads/Hams
    Day 3: Back
    Day 4: Bi's
    Day 5: Tri's
    Day 6: Deltoids
    Day 7: Calves

I get great results off of 6 or 7 day splits....overtraining isn't an issue because you aren't in the gym for 2-3 hours and each muscle has plenty of time to repair before the next time it's hit really hard. IMO - it is very hard for the chemically enhanced athlete to 'overtrain' - or anyone for that matter. Overtraining is BS for the most part IMO anyway.

I would go with the "proposed cycle split" but push(chest/tris) and pull(back/bis) like intimidator said. And i dont believe in doing 2 major body parts(back/chest) back to back until the "virginity" part of the muscles is over with and the muscle maturity has some what come along. Then once this is achieved ,all splits are a go! So your split for the last 6weeks should be good.

I agree with Goliath, especially if this is your first cycle (?). You don't need 3 days off per week during cycle. My on cycle split usually is:

        Chest
        Back
        Bis / Tris / Forearms
        Quads
        Shoulders
        Hams / Calvs / Forearms
        Off

This works well for me but I don't keep it week specific so if I need a day off during, I use it and keep going with the order...
