B12 question

I am trying to find out what dosages I should take with injectable B12. How much and how often during my cycle.

some do 1ml every other day and others do once a week!
the recomended doses for therapeutic use is 100-1000ug monthly.

Oh does anyone knows if B12 is good even after the expired date??? i have about 3 botlles 30ml/ea that is past dated(sept 2003) you guy's think its still good?? i'm to lazy to go back to the pharmaci and get another :D

1 ml a day is what most people do to get the desired effect.

Does b12 have to be injected or can you just drink it? Also if injected is it intramuscular or is it subcutaneous? Hope that came out right.

there is no toxic level if you piss pink then your body is passing excess .....

You can inject it both ways.
