Im sure youve heard the stories: people will get thier houses raided even if they dont sign for a pack. Ive heard TOO many stories of postal inspectors literally FORCING the pack on people. Sometimes dropping off packs, waiting for the person to take them inside and open them (Ive heard stories of PIs putting devices that alert them when the pack is opened), Postal Inspectors throwing the pack inside the house so they can claim possesion, etc. We've all heard these stories, some may be far fetched, but some are bound to be legit. My point is: Dont store your gear where you expect to recieve a pack...at least not during the time your expecting to recieve packs.

ANd your right, they WILL add the extra 2000 dbol and 50 amps of sust to whatever you have in your house to make it worse. If they find gear in your house, well of course its VERY likely you DID order the gear they are trying to bust you with. Thats the point. Its all about what you can prove, the key is to not give them the ability to prove anything. So if you DONT have gear in your house, its VERY hard to prove you ordered anything.

Hit me your also missing one simple thing. There are search warrants that have been made for homes even if the packages are sent to PO Boxes. Dont think just because you send the package to a different location that they wont know. They even have tracers set in cities once there have been a few seizures internationally to certain names. They will trace PO Boxes and houses just by the city and if a similar package is detected going to the same city, they can run a trace on it to find out who is actually ending up picking up the package. You bros are making this all to simple. I'm gonna make this as SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont simply state that "CLEAN HOUSE" You would be a FOOL to state such a simplistic answer after actually RESEARCHING and reading this book. You think the Feds, Customs, Local postal inspectors cant find out where certain packages are going to and who is eventually getting them? LOL You have to be kidding me right? If you have a couple packages coming from overseas and they get seized and you are one of the unlucky ones to have them come after you. Even if they dont find you, a lot of times they put searches for your name, other names, addresses, po boxes, ect..... that are receiving similar packages in CITIES AROUND THAT AREA!!!!!!!! I personally clean house when i am expecting packs coming in. Nothing is full proof and if they want you bad enough, they will get you. clean your house when a pack is coming is about all you can do to minimize a bad situation. I had a friend who got busted with a LARGE amount in his possesion even though he had cleaned his house for awhile the cops sat on him until he brought everything back and then went charging it. lucky for him all the warrant had on it was ectasy so he basically got off with a slap on the wrist and the cops took all his drugs with no report filed. Now we have a bunch of jacked up cops from the unreported bust. LOL

LOL Stoney. Same here bro where I am at. Im actually freinds with all the cops in the 3 surrounding cities. We all workout together, and so do the Priuson officials and Prison guards. Great group of guys. You can see they are all hopped up on gear. My one bro got busted with close to $2G's in gear and some darts and they only gave him a $180 ticket for the darts and confiscated the gear. Funny how that works huh? LOL Stoney, I agree whatever you can do to be safe is key, but nothing is fool proof like you and I have both said. I've read many REAL CASES of bros who got busted having gear sent somewhere else and they recevied a search warrant for his house on the condition they follow him home and watch him go into the house with the package. Nothing is fool proof. If they can find Hussein in a 4x4 ditch in the ground out of a whole country, they can find anyone they want who is ordering gear. LOL PEACE! KIR

Brother, no one said you are talking out of your ass, but you just proved my point by saying what you said:

Refusing to sign for a pack is next to worthless. If they want to bust you they will regardless of a signature or not. If they go through the trouble of tracking down PO Box owners and such (and of course, when I said clean house where you receive your packs, i meant to include if your address is linked to your PO Box as well), then what makes you think simply refusing to sign for a pack will get you out of trouble? Thats my point brother, no one said cleaning house would get your off with 100% certainty, but if you have nothing illegal in the place that you recieve gear (or the address to where your PO Box is linked too) then it makes it THAT MUCH harder to prove you ordered anything in the first place.

Realize that anyone can send you anything...it does not mean you asked for it. The key is to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt that you DID order something. THeres alot of doubt that can be raised when your house is clean bro.

My point is this: the taking and signing for packages is the least of your worries. If the PI and local PD want to bust you, they will make sure your pack gets into your possession. Like you said, youve seen many cases where the cops can get a search warrant for a house where the gear is not sent to. So what makes you think the cops wont be busting down your door when a controlled delivery happens and you refuse the pack? Thats what Im saying bro, if your getting a controlled deliver, recieving the pack is the least of your worries.

What it simple does is refusing to sign AND REFUSING TO ACCEPT................ I never said take the package but just dont sign for it. LMAO What it does is it stops them from being able to use the search warrant on your house which they have on hand. Thats what it does. As I stated...... get the book, read and research.

And bro, Im trying to tell everyone to read this book so they dont have to go YOUR ROUTE. The last thing I want to do is to "PROVE WITHOUT A REASONABLE DOUBT" anything. That only means you have been charged with something and are spending thousands of dollars defending yourself. Once again, I NEVER stated that simply refusing to sign a package keeps you out of trouble. By refusing the package when they are at your door, it simply stops them from being able to search your house because of what the search warrants state. I've done my reading and know the ACTUALY LAWS on this all and all the ways they try to get around it. Too much info (over 400 pages) to type everything out for you to obtain more knowledge. I've gotten 1 seizure notice, and at the same time ordered nolvadex from outside the boarder.. only 100 tabs... now just got the 1st order and it was seized.. waiting for the nolvadex shipment.. now that I'm flagged... if they find this one... will they possibly try a controlled delivery.. and if they do it... what do they do if they bust you.... also... any good lawyers in chicago..?

Thats a big general question. If you only have some stuff for personal use then not much would happen. Then again, I doubt anyone would get busted for personal use unless they lived in a small town and the cops didnt have anything else to do. but if you get charged with distribution that a whole different ball game.
