  • gear and B12 depletion?

Is anyone aware of whether or not gear causes B12 deficiency. After about 3 weeks I've noticed a burning in my tongue which is usually diagnostic of a Vitamin B deficiency. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing. Obviously the thing to do is supplement B vitamins, but is there any common knowledge of this phenomenon?

Prepare for BuyB12 to chime in, LOL.

Seriously, I don't know. I have never had that problem though. What gear are you running?

My first two cycles were tren/test prop cycles with some dbol in the second one. I did not take any extra B12 with the first cycle except what was in my one-a-day but my second I injected 500 mcg IM ed. I didn't notice any difference between the two except I was much less lilkely to get sick on my second.

thanks for the intro Spidey. How are you ...the b vitamins work together to metabolize proteins....balance hormones and are needed for cell and tissue formation ...if your growing it is very possible your using up your b vitamins up. The body creats cravings for food to balance the b vitamins. orlay you can suppliment b complex but you will not absorb more the 15 % you need it from food . If deficent in b12 you will want to inject it to regain balance .

It's always good to have your blood work done.
