joshm whats up bro? test 500 a week is good i would add 200-300 deca also. many of my friends used this for there first cycle and it worked great for them. nolvadex is used to keep gyno away but only use it if you feel gyno comming. i use liqudex thru my cycles i feel thats the best. clomid is for post cycle 2 weeks after you last inj. start at 150 mgs for 5 days then 100 5 days 50 for 10 days. everyone has diffrent ideas these are just mine. oh yea if i were you i would invest in anabolics 2004 (book) its full of all kinds of good shit. good luck bro.
