  • Stomach Muscle Cramps-OUCH

Alright peeps, whenever I do abs, even light abs, I get stomach cramps. Not those side cramps but actually in the top of the stomach muscles just like a foot cramp. Any ideas why that might be happening besides the old "not enough water" gig? I get plenty of that. Thanks

Is the muscle locking up like a foot cramp (I get this some times) or is jujst painful. Are you on Creatine? I get cramps from some creatine products.

KIR is dead on Bro... If you can't eat bannana's take a few tabs of potasium in the morning and afeternoon, like before a work out. They are all fairly closely dosed. I had the same problem and that helped me. My shins also gave me a lot of trouble. Hope this helps TY

Yeah, just like a foot cramp. I was doubled over for 10 minutes at the gym and tried stretching the abs out. I could hardly drive home. Very painful like the foot cramps get, right on the muscle.
