  • Muscle Building(Casual vs The Serious)

Based on reading the responses here at "Superior Muscle",i've come to the conclusion that there are 2 catagories in which everyone falls in. The Casual Builder and the Superior Builder of Muscle. The casual builder is one who uses AAS for no particular goal or reason except to add a little size on. A Superior builder is one who is serious about his or her muscle and uses AAS to enhance his/her physique for a aimed and targeted goal. So the question is which 1 do you fall under?

casual or superior is all in the state of mind you keep yourself in. On or off cycle, if your not in the right frame of mind, your going below casual. Diet is a close second. and training and drugs fall in last imo.

Stoney, does 300 mg/wk keep things close to normal? The last few years I've notice my natural test level have dropped drastically. I've considered running a maint dose, but am still unsure. I had considered 200 mg of cyp a week. Thanks TY

I would say Casual, but if you seen me in the gym at 6'2 and 275 you would consider me Serious. Everyone thinks I do shows or am training for the "next" show. LOL I just laugh and tell them I just get huge for fun. You said serious for competing? Well I compete to make sure I keep breaking gym records. Shows? I show off my body everyday to the whole gym of onlookers. I am casual, but I too have my goals just like those who are serious. So your question is VERY vague. Question should have been..... Do you all do gear for recreational fun and appearance, or are you training to compete in a bodybuilding show. That would have been easier to answer. PEACE! KIR

Cycle or not I'm a serious builder and have been since day 1,I don't waste time like pussies that just go to the gym to lift 20lbs for 300 reps fuck that shit I'm going to bench, dead, squat, curl, etc hard and heavy to etch out my body until my ideal physique has been achieved.

If you look up top you will see that i said recreational falls under casual, and real competition(not for gym records either) falls under a serious competitor. So bro.. you answered casual but as far as saying i should change the ques.. is rediculous because it's "common sense". Either your serious about yours or not. As for me I'm serious about building my muscle and doing something with it.

I dont think any of us would be on this site in this forum if we were "casual" builders lol. You dont juice and casually lift haha. If your juicing, its to get big or drasticly improve your appearance.

toopowerful i have to disagree there is alot of people on here just taking a short cut and that's the truth...not that many members here r 225+ with a 10% or less bodyfat.... the serious lifters r the ones who want to achieve that and more...alot of people just want some decent size being 200ish to 210 and there happy.....oh me? btw i'm definitely not casual :)
