  • Halo Question.

    I am going to incorporate Halo at 20mgs per day with my next cycle but how do most of you take this? All at once or split up. I would assume split would be better due to its short half life but I really have never heard any answers to this question.

      I would split them up for SURE! Kinda a nasty taste compared to most sweet dbols. I take 7.5mgs/ morning, 7.5mgs 1 hour before workout and then 5 mgs mid evening. Seems to work out great this way. I let these TOTALLY dissolve under the tongue instead of just swallowing them with water. This will allow it to only pass through your liver once instead of twice and you will get more out of the tab because there wont be enzymes breaking down the tab in your stomach.         I ALWAYS SPLIT IT UP.. AND IF ITS A LIFT DAY I WOULD TAKE 10MGS 2-3 HOURS B4 YOUR WORKOUT.. YOULL GET BETTER RESULTS.. I HAVE DONE THIS AND MANY OF MY FRIENDS HAVE WITH THE SAME RESULTS BETTER STRENGTH GAINS... I ALWAYS ADD ABOUT 1 GALLON OF WATER TO THAT TO B4 THE WORKOUT THAT ALSO HELPED INCREASE MY STRENGTH...           Yeah Stalker, what most bros dont realize, it is the water intake 90 minutes or longer before your workout that hydrates your body, not the water you intake while working out. PEACE! KIR

              Hey Stalker, whenever I hear you talking about tabs bro, I know you got something worth listening to. Definitely a GREAT post about the H2O, thats for damn sure. I always talk to bros at the gym that are getting nasty migraines because their body is dehydrated from not taking in enough water in the morning and only taking some Fina, clen and winny, ect...... They drink a shit load at the gym, and still have their migraine. Funny how the migraine goes away an hour or so later. Well DUH, because your body doesnt hydrate in 10 minutes when it is depleted that much. But hell some bros just wont listen. Great advice on the water bro. PEACE! KIR

I HAVE DONE JUST ABOUT EVERY AMERICAN MADE ORAL CYCLE AND DONE EVERY TRICK I COULD THINK OF OVER THE PAST 15 PLUS YEARS AND ITS ALL IN WHAT YOUR BODY REACTS TO AND WHAT REALLY WORKS.. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO EXPERIMENT ALOT TO GET THE RIGHT RESULTS IT TAKES TIME BUT WELL WORTH IT.. I ALWAYS SAY START OFF WITH SMALL DOSAGES NO MATTER WHAT AND WORK YOUR SELF UP.. GENERAL STALKER

                  Stalker, you are totally right. Hell if people can get as much off of 20mgs/ed as others get off of 50mgs/ed, then why not save the time and save on your liver, ect.... and go with 20mgs/ed.

                  With that being said...... you know KIR wouldnt go that route. I throw whatever I find into my body bro. LOL If I can hit at least 2G's/week of gear, then Im not going on. LOL PEACE! KIR

                    And bro, I cant beleive this water thing hasnt come up more often. I hate to keep harping on this, but it is something that happens in the gyms on almost a daily basis. Guys running to the bathroom to puke because their migraine is so bad. Yet, even after seeing this almost daily, it is always forgotten to be brought up on the boards. Hopefully the bros will read this and make sure to give their body's enough water PREEEEEEE- workout. Meaning 90-120 minutes before. OK, damn I need to stop taling about this water thing, but its very important. PEACE! KIR
