    on my last cycle, i put in 20lb while on dbol ( 6 weeks ). however, i didnt gain an ounce during the last 6. is this normal or is this the time to solidify the 20lb?

          Did your weight stay pretty constant after you got of the dbol and did it drop some after you finished the cycle?

          I've run many cycles where I was heaviest on the last day of dbol, but it is due to the water retention. Usually though I'll go up fast, then when I stop dbol I'll drop weight which will slowly come back over the next few weeks.

            i think i hit a base that works for me. doom, the d-bol was naposim. the water i put on was so little that i hardly noticed it. i toped out at 190 at the end of the dbol and stayed that weight throughout the rest of the cycle. dont get me wrong brothers, im very, very pleased w/ the gains. i was just wondering if its normal to stop even w/ the last 6 week of juice?

              the first 6 weeks is when the test and deca are just kicking in, gains are steady from that point on, thats why Im, asking what kind of test and deca it was, you might have had bunk shit

                this happened to me as well on my first cycle. it was becuz i wasnt eating enough. only 3,500 cals !!!!!!

                    The same thing was happening this cycle of dbol, test, and eq. I figured out I wasnt eating enough protien. Now I take in 3 shakes and bar, along with chicken and vegetables or tuna. Gains have started to increase again. Remember, the bigger you get the more you need to eat. What worked in the past may not work anymore so up the food consumption.
