CHUB, make sure to hit your tri's as much as your bi's, bro. I see alot of bro's hitting the bicep, but think nothing of completing the package with a big slab of tricep hanging off the back of their arm. Close spaced push-ups, hands 12-15" apart, as often as possible helps. Morning upon waking, etc. You'd be amazed how much size can be gained by doing this on a regular basis.

Bigchub, You must remember that triceps make up 2/3's the size of your arms as someone posted earlier. 2/3's. The biceps are small compared to triceps. Hit the tri's hard. BB

My football coah used to get pissed when he saw guys doing a lot of biceps curls in the gym...."Curls for the girls" he used to call them, because he felt it was mostly for cosmetic purposes

Lift heavy - even on arm day. Do sets in the 5-7 rep range for a while and see what happens.

I had a problem with my bi's growing and then I hit upon the ide that less can be more. The biceps are not big muscles and dont require a lot of sets. Just two or three excercises three sets each is more than enough. Most people tend to train the bi's the way they do chest and back and it's overtraining. Remember once tstressed, muscles grow during rest

Best results I've had when trying to bulk my biceps were doing only six working sets (after warm-up, go heavy right away...no pyramiding crap).

3 sets straight bar curls in the 6-7 rep range
2 sets standing alternating dumbell curls in the 6-7 rep range
1 set of something else in the 12-15 rep range

                    That's it, that's all.

Make sure biceps day is as far away from back day as possible. I do my back on Wednesdays...do biceps on Saturday. Biceps have 3 days to recover before they get stressed on back day.
