Incase anyone didn't know this is a warning that EQ can cause severe cramps to the point of very devistating results which I experienced first hand last summer when I tore my left quad completely away. Just from cramping. Mentally it's been very depressing but I'm trying to stay focused until I have surgery. remember to stay hydrated and get alot of natural potasium. I got cocky and decided that I could eat and drink what ever I wanted because tren is a very effective anabolic and does all kinds of amazing things like eats fat (especially from the waist, it actually targets ab fat) gets rid of water and speeds up the metabolism all while putting on huge muscle. I got cocky and now I'm paying for it, don't you too. GIZ

EQ. EQ can cause severe cramping. The tren made me think I could eat and hydrate how ever I felt like it because on tren you can generally eat whatever you want and you cut up and gain muscle no matter what basically. So i didn't pay attention to my diet and i didn't hydrate properly and get my potasium and I cramped bad one night and tore my quad.

I get some serious cramping from EQ also. Just because some people dont, doesnt mean it doesnt happen. Gizmo was doing 600mgs/week along with around 100mgs/ed of Fina. EQ will make me cramp up and also has. I take 600mgs/week on normal cycle and I can tell when the EQ finally kicks in. So although some of you may not have problems with it. EQ will make people cramp. It sheds water from the body. Not like that of Winny or clenbuterol, but it does shed water. I can testify to that after MANY years of being on. It may have been more drastic in his case. And it may be because his diet was poor at the time and he wasnt taking in enough water/ed. But it will happen to some. PEACE! KIR

Hey Giz, I wasn't flaming you or anything. I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. I just havent experienced the cramping, nor anyone around me, because I stayed WELL hydrated. however eating crap and not hydrating can and will lead to problems with just about anything. Especially a Winni cycle.
Posts like this are always GOOD! Helps remind others to not overlook the basics like diet and hydration. Good luck in your recovery!

Yep, after six years of being on (on and off) and 7 years dedicated in the gym, it's starting to sink in (LOL) that it's all about diet first. Also thanks KIR, I was starting to think I was crazy or something, but most of you guys unlike me of late, probably watch your diets closely. GIZ
