Hey Doc, I will be straight up honest with ya. I use to SLAMMMMMMM 1/2 gallons of Absolute like it was water, along with being on large cycles and along with doing rolls. And I never felt better. LMAOOOOO Does it take a horrible tole on the body. Fuck yes!!!!!!! I make half ass gains a few cycles because of this. No one can scare you into stopping the alcohol brutha. You can only stop yourself. When the time comes to stop you will stop. Until that time, lets just hope for the best for you bro. PEACE! KIR

THANKS...IM LUCKY THAT I DONT HAVE ANY REAL PHISICAL SIGNS OF DRINKING..IM STILL IN SHAPE AND I KNOW I CAN DIAL IN FOR THE CONTEST...I KNOW WHAT IT TAKES CUZ IVE COMPETED 8 TIMES...THIS WILL BE MY NINTH SHOW..I MAY EVEN DO 3 SHOWS THIS YEAR, AS LONG AS I CAN KEEP MY CONDITION....ALCOHOL WILL BE A DISTANT MEMORY...I STAYED OFF BOOZE FOR A YEAR, BUT JUST LATELY HAVE BEEN HITTING IT AGAIN...NO MORE
